- Special Notice Request for Information Only The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20 is looking for sources of the following. STATEMENT OF WORK/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Department of Veterans Affairs Seattle VA Medical Center 1. Overview: Seattle VAMC requires Prospective contractors to provide the following Decontamination sink. Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal to KTW Group Inc. 1. 1 EA KTW Group Inc Model No. KHST14430-3B-CU Hydraulic height adjustable sink table. 18 gage stainless steel, marine edge. Overall dimensions: 144"x30"x33.5"-45". Three (3) basins each 24"x20"x10", 6" rear and side splash, full skirt to cover sinks, seamless lever drains, gallon etching on each sink, full lower shelf. Electric 120V/1Ph/60Hz T&S Brass B-0123-A10-08 EasyInstall Pre-Rinse Unit, spring action gooseneck, 8" deck mount, JeTSpray valve 1.48 gallons per minute, 10" add-on faucet T&S Brass B-1123 Faucet, 12" swing nozzle, deck mounted T&S Brass BL-5850-01TL Rigid 6" gooseneck distilled water faucet, with fast closing handle, tin lining. Containing three (3) basins each 24"x20"x10", 6" rear and side splash, full skirt to cover sinks, seamless lever drains, gallon etching on each sink, full lower shelf. Electric 120V/1Ph/60Hz Pre Rinse Unit, spring actiongooseneck, 8" deck mount, JeTSpray valve 1.48 gallons per minute, 10" add on faucet Faucet, 12" swing nozzle, deck mounted Rigid 6" gooseneck distilled water faucet, with fast closing handle, tin lining. spray gun (air), hand trigger operated, with 1.5meters of PVC tubing w/mounting rosette. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 6 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only authorized representatives of the manufacturer will be considered. Equipment must be new, no used or refurbished equipment accepted. Responses are due by 04/16/2018 1:00 pm EST. In accordance with FAR and VAAR Part 8 and/or 13, this notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, 19 Jan 2017.
