- Description
- DLA Troop Support Philadelphia intends to issue solicitation SPE8E9-18-R-0004 with the intention of awarding one Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Fixed Price contract with Option Year Pricing. Resultant contract will have a one (1) year base period, and four (4), one (1) year option periods. The contract will not exceed five (5) years. The maximum dollar value that may be ordered against the contract is $4,500,000.00. This procurement includes one (1) item identified as a Electrical Insulating Oil. The National Stock Number (NSN) is 9160-00-881-8280. This NSN is procured to a part number (ExxonMobil, COOLANOL20). This acquisition will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" and therefore will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR 13.1. The Government intends to issue award to the responsible vendor offering the lowest total evaluated price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) and Annual Demand Frequencies (ADF) listed in the solicitation represents only estimates from data available to the contracting officer at the time of solicitation Annual Estimated Quantity: 360 GL Annual Demand Frequency: 72 *The ADF presented above indicates how many times this item has been ordered in the past. ADF can be one order per day or 100 orders per day for higher ADF items. There is no guarantee that the ADF will be spread evenly throughout the year. The Government intends to make an award based on initial offer; however the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if necessary.
