For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE), and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX8T2062AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a one-time buy contract for a quantity of 10 each of an Adapter,Stand, NSN: 4920-01-109-2491, Part Number: 21C7071G01 applicable to the BN UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 10 each, 120 days after contract award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070. This item is restricted to the following sources: General Electric Company (CAGE 99207), Rhinestahl Corporation (CAGE 62340), and Rhinestahl Corporation (Cage 5QE71). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both. It is not economical to buy the data or rights to the data.This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
