Description

VAMC SALIBURY, Salisbury, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of 1 each 3d Upgrade to Sirona 3D ready 2D digital Panoramic System. This requirement is intended for award to: Sirona Dental Inc. under the authority 6.302-1 Only one Responsible Source. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 339114 small business size standards: 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 days of publication (on/before 16April2018 @5pm). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
