- Description
- Combo SOW Procurement of 100LL AVGas and Refueler Truck 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-18-Q-0023. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 effective 06 Nov 2017, DFAR DPN 20171228 effective 28 Dec 2017, and AFFARS AFAC 2017-1003 effective 03 Oct 2017. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 324110 - Petroleum Refineries, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 9130, Liquid Propellants and Fuels, Petroleum Base. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,500 employees. 4. Set-aside: 100% Total Small Business 5. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to: Maj Joseph "Boots" Johnson 466 Fifth Street Dyess AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery: 10 May 2018 - 13 May 2018 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 13 Apr 2018, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 17 April 2018, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 8. Deadline for receipt of offers: 19 Apr 2018, 12:00 P.M (CST). 9. Funds are not presently available for this contract. 10. QUOTE SUBMISSION: All quotes must be emailed to SrA Lydia Simpkins via email at lydia.simpkins@us.af.mil or 1st Lt Teresa Elsbree at teresa.elsbree.2@us.af.mil. For any questions call 325-696-3605. If you e-mail your quote, page 2 (or equivalent*) must be filled out. Your offer shall include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (see attachments for full solicitation) (or contractor equivalent*) 2. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications * The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; however, if you chose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 must be included in your offer. 11. Quotes must be valid through 30 April 2018. 12. Award will be made to the contractor with the lowest quote technically acceptable.
