- W9124X-18-Q-5004-FBO_Special_Notice Incorporated Provisions and Clauses Redacted Justification and Approval Solicitation Number: W9124X-18-Q-5004 Notice Type: Special Notice The 152nd Airlift Wing intends to issue a sole-source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for an expansion in the Advantor Intrusion Detection System (IDS) alarm annunciator system established at the 152nd Airlift Wing Base for Bldg. 84 Facility (Operations Group) at 1776 National Guard Way, Reno, NV 89502. See breakdown of item requirements below. Advantor is the only IDS contractor for the security system at the 152nd Airlift Wing and this expansion is to accommodate a restructured building (Bldg. 84). The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(g)(1)(A), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1); where soliciting a single source is identified to provide the requirement and has been determined that the circumstance deems only one source reasonably available (i.e., brand name) (see attached Justification and Approval).The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). All qualified sources must respond not later than 3:00 PM, PST 2 May 2018. This special notice is effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective 24 Jan 2018 and Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice 20180323 effective 23 Mar 2018. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
