Description

This Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes and is open to all government and commercial entities, especially capable small businesses. NEPO/EXWC is seeking capability information from interested parties to provide a 400,000 BTU/hr Portable Water Heater in support of Expeditionary Force sustainment items and in accordance with FAR 15.201(e). Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or a promise to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the future. Your response to this notice will be treated as information only. All responses received may be held for an extended period of time or destroyed. In no case will any responses be returned to the originator. NEPO/EXWC will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI as all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be the sole responsibility of the responding party. Respondents are advised that NEPO/EXWC is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI. Responses to this RFI do not bind NEPO/EXWC to any further actions related to this topic. As part of this RFI the respondent will be asked to provide their current capabilities as listed in Attachment A of this Sources Sought Notice. See Attachment A for additional information. Interested parties must provide the requested information by 12:00 pm (noon) PST, Friday, 11 May 2018. E-mailed submissions are acceptable, but shall not exceed 10 MB and should be sent to Nicole M. Bell at nicole.m.bell@navy.mil. Written packages may be mailed to the POC and address listed under other contact information.
