- Clarifications and answers to questions The Postal Service has made the following changes to Solicitations: 104267-18-A-0016, 104267-18-A-0017, 104267-18-A-0018, 104267-18-A-0019 and 104267-18-A-0020. The amendments will be posted in the USPS solicitation folders. The Solicitation Closing Date has been changed to Tuesday, April 17, 2018. All proposals must be received by 4pm. Flash drives will no longer be accepted due to cyber security concerns. Send original signed hard copies via mail. Do not bind or hole punch the proposals. Additional requests may be made by the Contracting Officer. Please be sure to include a point of contact for proposal submissions. Solicitation Queries and Clarifications have been uploaded.
