Description
The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate, Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division, Long Range Stand-Off (LRSO) Cruise Missile Program Office, Eglin Air Force Base intends to solicit and award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)), to Boeing Defense, Space and Security (CAGE 1N929), 6001 S. Air Depot Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK, 73135, to perform B-52H Weapon System Integration and related support activities. This acquisition will provide the B-52H and LRSO System Program Offices (SPOs) with aircraft modifications, engineering, software development testing, logistics, training, and program management support necessary to integrate the LRSO Cruise Missile on the B-52H platform. Product deliveries will include, but not be limited to, modified aircraft hardware, software and technical data. The anticipated minimum value is $1M with a maximum ceiling value is $250M. The contract is anticipated to begin 01 JAN 2019 and have a five year ordering period, with a total maximum six year period of performance. FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) requires that all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign participation is not permitted. All responses must be received 15 calendar days after the date of the post. AFFAR 5352.201-9101 is applicable to this procurement. The AFNWC Ombudsman is Mr. Anthony W.
