- PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION IS A CHANGE TO THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOLICITATION. SPECIFICALLY, THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE SITE VISIT IS CHANGED TO APRIL 12, 2018. A Site visit for the Seed Project (Social Security Administration, Wilkes-Barre DOC PDU Replacement located at 1150 East Mountain Drive, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, 18702) will be held at the following date and time: Date:Tuesday, April 17, 2018 Time:9:00am EDT Pre-registration is required for all attendees to the pre-proposal Site Visit. The Site Visit shall be limited to not more than four (4) representatives from each Offeror. Offerors shall indicate the name of their company and provide the full names of all attendees from their company. Participants must have a valid, Government-issued picture identification, driver's license preferred, to gain access for the pre-proposal Site Visit; any individuals with an existing clearance or HSPD-12 badge should also bring that identification. Notification of the location of entry, where attendees are required to meet, and all other requirements for the Site Visit will be issued to the Offerors. For further information about the site visit or access requirements, please contact the email address established for this requirement: PA2018IDIQ@gsa.gov. Attendees must register by CLOSE OF BUSINESS, THURSDAY, APRIL 12, 2018, in order to attend.
