Description

SP470218Q0519 Solicitation Document Yxlon Y.Cheetah Real-Time X-Ray System Service Contract The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and non-personal services necessary to perform service call, preventive maintenance and provides parts for Yxlon Y.Cheetah Real-Time X-ray System (s/n 11109948) as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Diagnose inconsistent system operation: Diagnose suspect bad overhead USB camera and Inconsistent Table reference in direction of Y-axis (front to back). Parts, installation and repair: Provide required parts and installation to return Yxlon Y.Cheetah Real-time X-ray System to full operating order. Also, provide Filament box consisting of 10 pieces of filaments. Preventative Maintenance: Provide preventative maintenance for Yxlon Y.Cheetah in accordance with manufacturers recommended schedule. See attached solicitation for complete information.
