SF 18 DB WAGE DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES ARE HEREBY ATTACHED. SF 18 FORM SHALL BE USED IN LIEU OF SF1449. CLOSING DATE REMAINS 23 APRIL 2018. CUT OFF FOR QUESTIONS REMAINS 18 APRIL 2018. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW) located in Phoenix, AZ requires licensed and experienced contractor to remove seven (7) existing drinking fountains, furnish and install replacements with Elkay (or equal) next generation fountain /water bottle refilling station. Incidental plumbing required. All solicitation information documents and incorporated provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-97 dated 24 Jan 2018 and may be reviewed at https://www.acquisition.gov/browsefar Solicitation ref #DSW-126166 is hereby issued as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, A/C Contractors; SBA size standard is $15.0 million (gross annual receipts). DAVIS BACON ACT WAGES ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED. Construction standards will be required. The Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Decision WD 15-5469 (Rev.-7) is hereby removed. This RFQ contains two (2) attachments: 1-Suggested fountain type (Elkay or equal) ‘cut sheet', and 2- Work Statement. An organized site tour is scheduled for Monday, April 9, 2018 at 0930 am. There will be only one opportunity to visit the site; attendees must be cleared in advance of April 9, 2018 in order to attend the site tour. Email Elizabeth Baierl NLT April 6, 2018 with the names and citizenship of attendees. Limit two (2) representatives from each firm. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than April 18, 2018 in order to have time to post responses to questions before closing date of 23 April 2018. Note: Unique Entity Identifier will be used to verify offerors current registration in SAM.GOV. Offerors shall use the attached SF18 form with their offer.
