Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit quotes for Laser Services for VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, WA. Provide ESWL/Lithotripsy, Holmium, Thulium, Omniguide, CO2, and/or KTP Laser machine and a certified technician to run the equipment and to provide technical support during surgical procedures.  A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26018Q0200. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621999, All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, and the small business size standard is $15.0 Million. This procurement is Unrestricted (both large and small businesses may provide quotations.) 3. The intended IDIQ period is 5 years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is April 25, 2018, and the anticipated closing date is May 18, 2018. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible businesses will be considered.
