Description

The Central Texas Veteran Health Care System in Temple, Texas intends to purchase: One (1) DigiGait Imaging System for treadmill gait analysis of mice. Includes digital imaging and analysis computer with DigiGait Imaging Software Package (most current version; 1 licensed copy; large monitor format). One (1) DigiGait Imaging Bundle. Includes interchangeable / adjustable compartment; LED overhead lamp; wide angle lens and necessary hardware. One (1) year of remote training and support. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement which will be used by the VA Medical Center. These salient characteristics are required, and are not flexible. Basis for award resulting from this RFQ will made to offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) that provides a complete package pursuant to the preparation requirements set forth in 52.212-1. Evaluation Factors can be found in FAR 52.212-2. Offerors must notify Contracting Officer, Mr. Robin Simmons, at robin.simmons@va.gov with any questions regarding this Request for Quote. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer. No telephone request for information will be considered. Incomplete packages will be considered nonresponsive. All quotes must be received by the closing date Tuesday, April 17, 2018 NLT 4:00PM EST. Quotes shall be inclusive of all shipping expenses, as well as any other miscellaneous taxes or fees.
