- supporting document supporting document Workflows High level RFI document The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks information regarding commercially proven solutions and services that can modernize our high-quality real-time Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services provided to the Department of Defense (DOD) community and its mission partners on both NIPRNet and SIPRNet. The service must continue to enable dynamic and simultaneous collaboration with the following: room-based/legacy VTC appliances, desktop/soft clients, web browsers, mobile devices, and audio conferencing. The service must continue to support current and emerging video standards and coding formats and shall be fully interoperable with other systems in conjunction with Joint Interoperability Command (JITC) Approved Product List (APL) requirements.
