Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform the commercial market of the Government's intent to make award to MICRO FOCUS, Palatine, IL for MicroFocus Software. This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. MICRO FOCUS states that it is the sole owner of the rights to sell and license the MicroFocus Software. This notice of intent to award should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or contract. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any cost for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. Include the name, e-mail address and telephone number of the Point of Contact should the Government have questions regarding individual responses to this notice.
