QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Production Cutter RFQ-2018-061 April 10, 2018 Question 1: Please clarify - under Specifications - Minimum Requirements # 1, does "Cutting width 44-47", 116 cm" mean that the Senate will accept a cutter whose cutting width is between 44 and 47"? Answer 1: Yes, the Senate is accepting a range of adequate cutting widths. Question 2: Because of the weight of this cutter, special rigging will be required. Can you please give us the special requirements for the Senate pertaining to deliveries such as this and the requirements for the Senate loading dock, such as sizes of trucks it can handle and does the loading dock have an adjustable height to be able to be able to be flush with a truck's bed? Answer 2: We do not believe there are any restrictions on our dock plates. For reference, the Senate moved its current cutter equipment (Saber Paper Cutter) into the building without issue, so we expect the same to be the case for any incoming equipment. Question 3: Are there any space size requirements for the cutter? We do not see any under the Specifications - Minimum Requirements. Answer 3: No, there are no space requirements for this machinery.
