- SCOPE OF WORK MAP FURNITURE PLAN Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Governments expected solicitation release date of 11 April 2018. The solicitation number will be W15QKN18Q1058. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new construction requirement due to water damage for the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) at the White River Junction AFRC, 209 Balsam Lane, White River Junction, VT 05001. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE. Description of Work: Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, technical support, and supervision to accomplish the following work which includes removal and replacement of all damaged ceiling tiles and grid, carpet, wall sections, light fixtures. The List of Items to be removed and replaced is included as a separate Attachment to this Notice. Proposal must include breakdown of Costs listed in this schedule and the total price should be entered in the CLIN in the Solicitation. In addition there are Attachments for Floor Plans and Map Furniture Plans. PLEASE E-MAIL CONTRACT SPECIALIST FOR FLOOR PLANS SINCE IT COULD NOT BE ATTACHED TO THIS SOLICITATION The period of performance will be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of which the Notice to Proceed is sent. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price contract awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Technically, Acceptable, Lowest Price, includes meeting the requirements of the PWS and Past Performance, and Price is lowest overall. Your Technical Proposal must contain a Capabilities Statement which states how you will meet the requirements of the PWS along with any references. The Government will also use other systems to review or verify past performance. The capabilities statement shall be no more than 10 pages with no smaller than 12 inch font and 1 inch margins on all sides. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE CAPABILITIES STATEMENT WILL RENDER YOUR PROPOSAL UNACCEPTABLE.
