Description

MODIFICATION OF PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Project No. 550-15-107: Remediate Legionella Station-Wide Phase-1 at VA Illiana Healthcare System, Danville, IL. This construction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business (SDVOSBs). This is a modification to Pre-Solicitation Notice posted 2/20/2018. The following changes to the Pre-Solicitation Notice have been made: 1. The solicitation will be issued on/about April 12, 2018 with the bid opening on/about May 14, 2018. 2. Paragraph 4 has been changed from: In accordance with VAAR 819.7003 (b), SDVOSB firms must be verified in the VIP database (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) or hold a Re-verification symbol listed next to the firm s name (this symbol indicates that the firm is undergoing the re-verification process at CVE), prior to award of contract. Changed to: In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the CO that it is a (1) SDVOSB or VOSB eligible under VAAR Subpart 819.70; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) SDVOSB/VOSB listed as verified in VIP database at: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. All other items remain unchanged.
