Description
The Air Operations Center (AOC) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Raytheon Solipsys. The AOC has a requirement for the purchase of 3 Raytheon Solipsys MSCT system components and their associated product support for the AOC Production Center (PC) to test and evaluate the proposed AOC 10.1.16 baseline. MSCT is a correlation and data fusion engine that synthesizes track, Tactical Data Link (TDL), and sensor information from multiple dissimilar sources to precisely construct a consolidated serveillance picture. The MSCT creates the consolidated surveillance picture using a collectin of processes that operate in parallel to receive, translate, store, compare, composite, and transmit tactical track information in near-real time. This procurement will result in the purchase of the following products: 3 MSCT 5.0 Right to Use License - includes up to three (3) MSCT Display 5.0 Perpetual Right to Use Licenses 3 24X7 Phone and Email Support for MSCT 5.0/MSCT 5.0 Failover RTU 3 MSCT Display Server 3 24X7 Phone and Email Support for MSCT Display 5.0 1-9 Licenses The proposed contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The proposed contract will state that all items will be delivered 15 days after receipt of order (DARO) and the period of performance will be 36 months from the date of contract award. The anticipated award date is 30 May 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the effort in the timeframe listed above. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email. Deadline date for the submittals is 24 April 2018 at 12PM Eastern Standard to Edward Simonds at edward.simonds.1@us.af.mil.
