Description
NOTE: RFI W58RGZ-18-R-EMD1 was inadvertently posted under the wrong DoDAAC (W31P4Q) and is now being re-posted under the correct DoDAAC (W58RGZ) as RFI W58RGZ-18-R-EMD1A. Also, the RFI incorrectly showed that it was set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business and is hereby corrected in this RFI re-post. The CIRCM Program is a U.S. Army Acquisition Category 1C (ACAT 1C) Program. PM ASE is seeking sources for the integration and system level software development and sustainment for the CIRCM System, which consists of two lasers, two pointer trackers, and one system processing unit (SPU). The system will be integrated, under a separate contract, with an installed A-Kit on potentially all rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft within the Department of Defense. This contract will also include repair, depot, and fielding logistics for a period of two years. The contract shall include the sustainment of software already qualified by the U.S. Army, as well as the development of new software versions. This effort will also include the development, and sustainment, of hardware and software required to integrate the system and verify successful integration. The hardware and software required includes, but is not limited to, acceptance test stations, system integration laboratories, run systems, data recorders, and data analysis tools. New software versions will include, but not be limited to, improving acquisition and tracking algorithms, jam codes for new threats, interface updates to the missile warning system, and general system performance improvements. A Level III (Production) Technical Data Package will be procured for the system software. The Government has Government Purpose Rights to key interfaces and Limited Data Rights associated with Commercial Item Restrictions.
