- Description
- NOTE: This Special Notice posting is an extension to the originally submitted Special Notice posting for Reference Number: N65236_SNOTE_00000000. Request for Information (RFI) Scalable Workflow Automation Tool (SWAT) DUE: April 16, 2018 The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic and the Non-Portfolio Integrated Product Team (IPT) are seeking information from potential manufacturers to aid in the development of a SWAT to be used by SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic users that meet the criteria delineated in this RFI. Once eligible products have been identified, additional information may be requested. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic has a need for software to model and implement enterprise business processes that are used at SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic requires a mature Business Process Management capability to support internal business operations that will automate SPAWAYSYSCEN Atlantics baselined internal business processes, tools, and data sets. This capability shall give SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic the ability to create and maintain the baselined process models created by the Commands Process and Requirements Working Group (CPRWG), which shall seamlessly integrate into the current enterprise information systems. Additionally, this capability will give the SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantics users a single point of entry for the Commands internal business processes and improve consistency by mitigating the risk of user error in executing SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantics defined business processes. The software will support automated form data input along with transfer and routing, without the need for users to move e-mails and manually update issue tracking and/or workflow software.
