- Synopsis - M0068118Q0031 The Regional Contracting Office-MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to for Over the Snow (OTS) vehicles for the Southwest Region Fleet Transportation, Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, California. This anticipated procurement will be 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999. The industry description for this NAICS code is All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 Employees. The Government will solicit (M0068118Q0031) and award this contract using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. The RFQ documents incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective 01 January 2018 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20180323, effective 23 March 2018. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 10 April 2018. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
