- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3HTB28043AW01_AMXS_Utility Vehicles is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 (effective 06 Nov 2017). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 336999 and the small business size standard is 1,000 EMP. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - AMXS Utility Vehicles Specific requirements for this project include but are not limited to: •· Diesel Engine •· Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) •· 1,250 lb Payload Capacity •· 10 gal fuel tank •· Front and Rear Work Lights •· Full Cab Enclosure - Premium Front and Rear Doors •· Bench Seats •· Cab Heater and Air Conditioner •· Sport Roof •· Windshield fixed glass (bolt-on) •· Electrical windshield wiper and washer •· Electrical turn signals and horn •· Side view mirrors •· Color preference is flat midnight blue •· Contractor shall provide Bobcat 3400XL Utility Vehicle, or equal Please see attached Statement of Need for further details. QTY: 6 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0002 - Snow Plow Kit QTY: 2 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0003 - Integrated 4500 lb Winch Kit QTY: 2 Unit of Issue: Each Products shall be delivered within 30 Days ADC FOB: Destination. Products will be delivered to 1 Columbia Drive, Bldg. 565 on Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The following provisions and clauses apply to this requirement: - FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, - FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002, CLIN 0003 - FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, - FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; - FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Multi-Function 4x4 Six Passenger Utility Vehicles. ITEM REQUIREMENT (6) each 4x4 Six Passenger Utility Vehicle •· Diesel Engine •· Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) •· 1,250 lb Payload Capacity •· 10 gal fuel tank •· Front and Rear Work Lights •· Full Cab Enclosure - Premium Front and Rear Doors •· Bench Seats •· Cab Heater and Air Conditioner •· Sport Roof •· Windshield fixed glass (bolt-on) •· Electrical windshield wiper and washer •· Electrical turn signals and horn •· Side view mirrors •· Color preference is flat midnight blue •· Contractor shall provide Bobcat 3400XL Utility Vehicle, or equal (2) each Snow Plow Kit (2) each Integrated 4500 lb Winch Kit PASS AND IDENTIFICATION/BASE ENTRY AF Form 75, Vehicle Visitors Pass, is required for all Contractor employees and vehicles. AF Form 75 is available from Security Forces personnel at the STRATCOM Gate (South entrance). Contractor shall ensure the pass and identification items required for contract performance are obtained and renewed (as required) for employees and non­government owned vehicles. Contractors shall access the base using the STRATCOM Gate and are subject to vehicle search. Contractors will be responsible for escorting all material trucks required for the project from the STRATCOM Gate to the job site and back off base. Escort privileges must be included in the AF Form 75 request for an individual to be an escort. DELIVERY LOCATION 1 Columbia Drive Bld 565 Offutt AFB, NE 68123 INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE The contractor will conduct all equipment function checks to ensure everything runs properly in accordance with all specifications within the equipment manuals.
