This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: 36C259-18-Q-0394, and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 13, 2017. Scope of work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control to perform services and maintenance on the O2 and Carbon Monoxide sensors, strobes, and transmitters. Contractor to remove old sensors, strobes, and transmitters and install new Sensidyne 4 channel controller w/red strobe and 90 db. Buzzer and Sensidyne SensAlert ASI transmitter, Explosion Proof, Class 1, Div. 1, 3 wire w/ backlit display with ¾ NPT ports, Horizontally. Once all is installed, contractor to provide two (2) calibration kits first one (LEL Combustible Unit) which includes Carrying Case, Calibration Gas, Regulator, tubing and calibration cup. Second kit (CO, Carbon Monoxide Unit) which includes carrying case, calibration gas, regulator, tubing and calibration cup. Contractor will do a Field Service which includes the following: Installation assistance, start-up and training of staff on how to calibrate the units.
