Description
The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a future BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for the following: Convertible transport chairs The Brand Name item provided for reference is the TC-300, Wyeast Medical. Salient features required for an equivalent product are: Wheeled chair, convertible to a stretcher 76 long x 23 wide patient surface Power height adjustment - 15.5 minimum height, 37 maximum height Power backrest adjustment - Able to adjust to chair position or flat table position at various heights Retractable side, controls and brakes on multiple locations for left or right use, casters with 360 ° swive; Adjustable foot and leg rests Oxygen tank storage Weight capacity 400 lbs, min. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV.
