Description

Statement of Work: Title of Project: Volunteer Recognition Ceremony. Scope of Work: The Annual Volunteer recognition program is recognized across the nation. The vendor selected has to accommodate the following needs and must meet the following requirements, also be within 15 miles of zip code 12590. Hotel must be in compliance with the American Disabilities Act of 1990 Hotel must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) Hotel must have Dunn and Bradstreet number No penalty for rooms not used While cost of lodging and meeting space should be proposed, OF requires flexibility to be invoiced for lodging with a corporate Government travel card, and to be invoice separately for meeting space. The hotel shall provide a single meeting space for one day and must have. Enough tables and chairs for 250 people, arranged to accommodate a maximum of 8 people each. Three additional tables (one each for laptops and projection device, handouts, sign-in area) Extension cords for up to three laptops computers and a projection device A podium Buffet set up: Garden Green Salad Bread Baskets & Butter Chicken Francaise Pasta ala Vodka Choice of Vegetables Assorted Dessert Assorted soda s, water, and coffee Parking Handicapped Accessible Parking space to accommodate 250 + Parking space close to front entrance Date of Event Vendor should have April 24, 2018 available Selected time is from 9am to 3pm Podium set up Stage set up Public Address System set up (PA system electronic sound amplification and distribution system with a microphone, amplifier and loudspeakers.)
