- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Georgia City:Augusta Delineated Area:Within the city limits of Augusta, Georgia Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,302 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,302 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total):In accordance with local codes Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Offered space must be located in contiguous space. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Augusta, Georgia that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
