Description

The successful Design Build Team shall provide all technical design services, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for providing complete engineering, design and construction to renovate approximately 14,250 square feet to provide patient privacy compliant, fully handicap accessible, state-of the-art inpatient facility in Building 100. This requirement will be procured utilizing two-phase Design-Build selection procedures. Project Title: "Renovate Ward 4A, Bldg. 100 Project No. 516-11-134 Location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. This procurement is 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). To be eligible for award, the SDVOSB must be CVE certified and verified in the VetBiz Registry at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. The SDVOSB must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code 236220. The solicitation will be posted o/a April 20, 2018 on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Interested parties can download the solicitation documents from www.fbo.gov. NO HARD COPY DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE. Offerors should continue to monitor FBO for the RFP and any subsequent amendments.
