The item intended source is Ontic Engineering and Mfg Inc.(CAGE 45934) DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Ontic, (CAGE 45934). Any manufacturer, other than Ontic wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 63 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance destination. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: SW3218, DLA DISTRIBUTION SAN DIEGO, 3581 CUMMINGS ROAD BLDG 3581, SAN DIEGO, CA 92136-3581. Production delivery will be 276 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
