- Performance Work Statement Combined Synopsis Solicitation Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Wage Determination COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED Please carfully read all material there are deadlines that must be met. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE: This request for quote is for pricing only. Funds are not presently available for this requirement, FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which contract award can be made. (III) SOLICITATION W912JB-18-Q-8002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes valid through 30 September 2018 are requested. (IV) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. (V) This acquisition is being solicited as restricted (Small Business Set-Aside). The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 484210. Federal Supply Classification Code is S215, Small Business size standard is $27.5 mil. (VI) SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to dismantle, move, and store, without damage, furniture and related general equipment and materials from their current location to a storage location provided by the contractor. After storage, the contractor shall reinstall this Government Property back within the original, renovated facility, again without damage. Dismantling, moving, storage, modification, and reinstallation shall be performed as defined in the PWS, Attachments and drawings. (VII) This solicitation is for dismantling, moving, storage, modification, and reinstallation of the furniture in accordance with PWS, Attachments and drawings. CLIN 0001: Dismantle and Move existing furniture, Quantity 1 CLIN 0002: Off Site Storage, Quantity 12 months CLIN 0003: Reinstall furniture per Drawing, Quantity 1 CLIN 0004: Provide and Install New Components to match existing Trendway Brand, Quantity 1 CLIN 0005: eCMRA CLIN 0006: Option 1- one month additional storage, Quantity 1 CLIN 0007: Option 2- one month additional storage, Quantity 1 CLIN 0008: Option 3- one month additional storage, Quantity 1 CLIN 0009: Option 4- one month additional storage, Quantity 1 CLIN 0010: Option 5- one month additional storage, Quantity 1 CLIN 0011: Option 6- one month additional storage, Quantity 1 List of Attachments: Performance Work Statement Attachment 1- Locations Before Renovation Attachment 2- Existing Systems Furniture Configuration Attachment 3- Locations After Renovation Attachment 4- Systems Furniture Configuration After Renovation Attachment 5- Anticipated New Components List Quotes shall be submitted with pricing according to each individual CLIN listed above. (VIII) Period of Performance, Place of Performance, and Acceptance: The contract period of performance for CLIN 0001-0004 shall not exceed 12 months. The Contractor is permitted up to 15 Days to dismantle and move the existing furniture and30 days to reinstall the furniture, which are included in the 12 month period of performance. Performance (furniture removal and install) shall be at Bldg. 6922, Battle Creek ANG Base, MI. See Performance Work Statement for additional information. (XIV) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Interested parties must pre-register in advance of the site visit by contacting Tami McKenney 586-239-5989.. A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be conducted for all pre-registered parties on 18 April 2018 at 10:00 AM EST at Battle Creek ANGB, Michigan. For Base access interested parties must provide a completed and signed copy to include a photo of valid driver license in the space provided no later than 10 April 2018 @ 11:00AM EST. To access the base you are required to provide upon entry a valid driver license and proof of insurance. (XV) The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) is not applicable to this solicitation. (XVI) Offers are due no later than 2:00 P.M. EST, 23 April 2018. In accordance with FAR 5.101, All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on the www.fbo.gov web site. They will be contained in the in a document titled "Questions and Answers". Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than, 10:00 A.M. EST, 19 April 2018. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov).
