- RFP Vendor Questions / Government Responses RFP Amended This modification is being issued to provide clarification to questions received in response to the RFP. Please disregard any reference to "Talent Insights". The following have been removed: - Ability to print out certificates of completion; - 24/7 online access to the skills assessments; - Technical support offered Monday - Friday during DCAA core hours, 8 AM - 5 PM with technical issues resolved within one business day. Description: DiSC and Motivators Combination Assessments, is being solicited as a brand name specific procurement. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue an Other Than Full and Open Competition, 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation (Request for Proposal) number SP4703-18-R-0014) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 on FedBizOpps, and award one Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result.
