- Request for Information Marine Corps Installations East-Regional Contracting Office Camp Lejeune, NC Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (E-LMR) Eastern Regional Infrastructure (ERI) System Maintenance Support 1. GENERAL INFORMATION. This Request for Information (RFI) initiates market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The information herein only initiates communication with industry in order to assess market potential. No solicitation document exists at this time. This RFI constitutes no Government obligation to procure these items or issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government has no obligation to pay for information received from this RFI and will not accept any responses as offers. Vendors should mark any proprietary information clearly and appropriately. 2. PURPOSE. Provide warranty, software support and upgrades, and hardware manufacturer contract logistics support for the Harris Corporation Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (E-LMR) system at the following locations: 1. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina 2. Marine Corps Air Station New River, Jacksonville, North Carolina 3. Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia 4. Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina 5. Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, Jacksonville, Florida 6. Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Havelock, North Carolina 7. Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, Beaufort, South Carolina 8. Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia The Marine Corps will use the results of this announcement to determine what capabilities currently exist in the marketplace that meet the Government's requirements outlined above. 3. SUBMISSION REQUEST. There is no response page limit. Responses may include any advertising or marketing information. Vendors deciding to submit competition sensitive or proprietary information bear sole responsibility for marking the information for appropriate safeguarding. Please include the following information in the response: 1. Company Name; 2. Cage Code & DUNS; 3. Business size for NAICS 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, 1,250 employees. Please also indicate whether the company is 8(a) certified, disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, woman-owned, HUB Zone, Native American, or any other Small Business Administration approved designation; 4. Material Description. The vendor must identify its ability to provide the required services. PROPRIETARY DATA The Government may use information received from this RFI to establish future Marine Corps requirements. Vendors deciding to submit competition sensitive or proprietary information bear sole responsibility for marking the information for appropriate safeguarding. Proprietary information will be protected from unauthorized disclosure as required by Subsection 27 of the Office of Procurement Policy Act as amended (41 U.S.C. 423) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), as implemented in the FAR.
