Description

The purpose of Amendment A00003 is to provide responses to contractor s questions, provide a revised Statement of Work (attachment 1), remove the Wage Determination as it is not applicable to this service, and remove and add the clauses listed below. Responses to Contractor Questions: Can you please let me know if Patient Lifts are included in this bid as the title says Hill Rom Beds and Lifts? Response: Only the equipment listed in the Statement of Work, equipment list, are included in this solicitation. Was the market research for Solicitation Number: 36C24118Q0256 based on pricing from a Large business such as Hill Rom going to be use to evaluate this procurement for award? Response: Market Research was conducted as per the Federal Acquisition Regulations and only Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business will be considered for this solicitation. This is a SDVOSB set side how would a SDVOSB believe this would be a fair procurement when Hill-Rom is working directly with the procurement individuals as the Excel spreadsheet suggests? Response: The contractor that is currently providing this service, under the current contract, is obligated to maintain and provide all current equipment lists. Remove Clauses: 52.216-1, 52.219-14, 52.203-13, 52.204-14, 52.222-59, 52.222-60, 52-222-41, 52.222-42, 52.222-43, 52.222-55 and 52.222-62. Add Clauses: 52.219-28, 52.222-17, 52.222-48, 52.222-51, 52.228-5, 52.252-52, and 852.252-70.
