THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO REPAIR/REPLACE/SERVICE CABINETS. THE BASE CABINETS, OVERHEAD CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS ARE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW. SINKS IN THE CABINETS ARE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW. PREP, PATCH AND PAINT THE CHILDCARE CENTER TO MATCH WHAT IS ALREADY EXISTENING. CLEAN WORK AREAS UPON COMPLETION. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR DETAILS, MEASUREMENTS, AND PICTURES
