- RFQ requirements, RFQ Instructions, Pricing Schedule & Measures In support of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Office of Information Technology (OIT) seeks an annotation tool to implement into its current infrastructure. EOIR requires a tool that will allow staff to comment and enter annotations within documents. The requirement will be for one base year and 4 additional option years. There will be a pilot period where the software will be tested to ensure it can facilitate EOIR's need. See attached Statement of Objectives for annotation tool requirements and evaluation methodology.
