- Draft SOW Site Utility Plan Bldg. 861 Fire System Drawings 100% Specifications 100% Design Analysis Termite Proposed Solution 100% Drawings Termite Post Investigation Report Market Survey Sources Sought FA440718R0004 - B861 Various Building Systems Scott Air Force Base, Illinois The purpose of this sources sought is to gather market research data and to provide the specifications, drawings, design documents, and draft statement of work for interested parties to review. This exchange of information is to help interested parties better understand the Government's requirement and identify and resolve concerns regarding the terms and conditions within the supplied contracting documents. The results of this market research will be used to develop the government's acquisition strategy prior to solicitation release. There is no solicitation at this time. This sources sought does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey or feedback provided on the specifications, drawings, design documents, and draft statement of work is voluntary and the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The B861 Various Building Systems requirement consists of two parts, Bid-Build and a Design-Build: Bid-Build Part one includes, but is not limited to: providing all the materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair and replace multiple aged and degraded systems within building 861 in accordance with the project's drawings, specifications, and design analysis. Design-Build Part two, includes, but is not limited to: providing all the materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair and replace multiple aged and degraded systems within building 861 in accordance with the project's draft statement of work, termite investigation report and proposed solution, and site utility plan. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction - Small Business Size Standard is $36,500,000. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This requirement will be a small business set-aside. This Sources Sought Notice is seeking market information on vendors capable of providing the services as described herein.
