- Past Performance Questionnaire with Rating Sheet Willamette Valley Project Site Maps Binding Price Schedule Performance Work Statement Synopsis Solicitation The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 07204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Waste Pumping Services and Portable Unit Rental for the Base Year plus two option years. The period of performance is anticipated to be: CLIN 0001 - Base Year, Date of award through 30 Apr 19 CLIN 1001 - 1st Option Year, 1 May 19 - 30 Apr 20 CLIN 2001 - 2nd Option Year 1 May 20 - 30 Apr 21 The Contractor shall provide to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform pumping and disposal services of septic tanks, chemical toilets, and vault toilet waste products, and for the rental and servicing of disabled/non-disabled portable units. Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws. All facilities shall be emptied completely of all liquid and solid sewage. All debris and spillage shall be removed and cleaned up by the Contractor. Chemical type toilets shall be placed on-site at specific locations. Services shall be either permanent or temporary. On call services may be available. Pumping services shall occur from 7:00am - 5:30pm only on weekdays unless otherwise notified. Response to an emergency call shall be within 4 hours of request. Emergency pumping operations may be conducted any day of the week upon request, but will only be conducted between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. All services to be performed are in Oregon within the Willamette Valley Project (WVP) at 12 sites with a combined number of pickup locations of approximately 198. The following 12 Corps of Engineers projects within the WVP will be covered under this contract: Fern Ridge, Lookout Point, Dexter, Fall Creek, Hills Creek, Dorena, Cottage Grove, Foster, Green Peter, Big Cliff, Cougar, and Detroit. The WVP Main office address is 40386 West Boundary Road, Lowell, OR 97452. Reference the attached Performance Work Statement for further work details and the Waste Site Maps for addresses and driving directions. A Government point of contact will be assigned to oversee the performance of work and any coordination required. Reference the Instructions to Offeror on the solicitation.
