THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A0318Q0056 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. NAICS Code 322291. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ALL OR NONE. Quotes to be submitted in accordance with the attached list of specification. THIS TYPE AND SIZE IS NECESSARY TO FIT DISPENSERS THAT ARE ALREADY IN PLACE. Quotes should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet or exceed what is specified. Quotes must be submitted to janice.begay@bie.edu.
