The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 17, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFQ is intended as Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, we are seeking quotes on the following: ** ResMed s Full Face Mask for the Continuous Positive Airway Pressures (CPAPs) This is a Brand Specific requirement with a supporting J and A **. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 750 Employees. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about March 30, 2018. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be April 16, 2018 at 12:00 pm CST. RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - 36C25718Q0599 in the subject line to Matthew.clements2@va.gov. All amendments and any other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov.
