Description

Sole Source MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, NC Regional Contracting Office hereby gives notice of intent to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order against GSA schedule to Hexagon U. S. Federal, Inc 301 Cochran Road, Huntsville, AL 35824 under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6, Limiting Sources. Limited Sources Justification is attached. This requirement is for services on the Hexagon E-911 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M6700118Q1121) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
