- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE, BUT RATHER A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) that will allow the Government to identify interested sources capable of meeting this requirement. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DATE TO REFLECT SAME DATE AS ATTACHED RFI: 16 April 2018 - 1pm EST. The Headquarters, United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is seeking to identify all responsible sources capable of providing support to USASOC's Historian office addressed herein the attached document. This requirement has been set-aside for any contractor within the certified Small Business Association's 8(a) program. Please see attached sources sought document for further details.
