Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to The Risk Management Association, 1801 Market St Ste 300 Philadelphia, PA, 19103-1613, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. OCC has a continuing requirement for the Risk Management Association (RMA) eMentor, an online resource providing comparative industry analysis and up-to-date reports on specific industries as well as articles and training content addressing current credit risk topics. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within seven days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
