- Request for Quotation The contract consists of restoring an estimated 32,000 feet of the Buffalo Gap Trail as shown on the map. This contract requires furnishing labor, equipment (fully operated), supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to complete this project in accordance with the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, and Special Project Provisions of this contract. Buffalo Gap Trail Restoration is located on the Medora Ranger District of the Little Missouri National Grassland in Billings and Golden Valley counties, North Dakota. Magnitude of Construction Project (per FAR 36.204 (b)) - Between $25,000 and $100,000 Full solicitation package is now available.
