- Description
- US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) seeks sources able to perform hardware/software/database integration of previously separate radio direction-finding networks. The existing networks use a signal analyzer server SPX/TCI, TCI-649-8 DF receiver, and TDOA geolocation. Other components are a TCI-649-8 DF receiver, Harris radios, ATDI maps, and Procitec g2SIGNALS analysis software. The Government does not possess technical data packages (TDP) for these items. Sources that can provide the above training services are invited to respond to this announcement, thus notifying the Government of the possibility for competition for contract award. Answering this Market Survey The response should be a brief assessment of the contractor's ability to provide the technical services. No costing or pricing is required at this time. An email response to the POC is sufficient. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The US Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The Government may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. All responses to this market survey must be received 27 April 2018 at 4:00 PM CST. Please include the announcement number in your e-mail. All submittals should be submitted to: Mark Conrad (443-395-7013, mark.g.conrad.civ@mail.mil).
