- The Government will hold an Industry Day Event to familiarize interested parties with the size and scope of the P3 Aircraft Maintenance Program. The event will consist of a site visit to the CBP P3 Supply Warehouse (Contractor-owned) and an Aircraft Operations Maintenance Site, all located in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The event will include a briefing on the Program Mission Objectives, Statement of Work, and a Q&A Session. Prior to the site visit, attendees may submit early questions by email. The dates and times (all local time) for the site visits are: April 10, 2018 - 1700 Deadline to Submit Early Questions send to P3Maintenance@cbp.dhs.gov April 16, 2018 - 1700 Industry Day Registration closes April 19, 2018 - 0800 Warehouse Facility April 19, 2018 - 0930 P3 Operations Maintenance Site April 19, 2018 - 1000-1200 Lunch. No Meals or Beverages will be provided at the event. April 19, 2018 - 1200 Overall Briefing and Q&A's (At Offsite Hotel) April 26, 2018 - 1700 Final Deadline to Submit Questions-send to P3Maintenance@cbp.dhs.gov Each visit will consist of an orientation, safety briefing, and a tour of the facility. After the site visits are completed there will be a briefing session and a question and answer opportunity. CBP will provide a response to all questions received prior to the April 10, 2018 deadline during the briefing session. The Government will post ALL questions and answers submitted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps, www.fbo.gov) after the April 26, 2018 final deadline. Attendees are responsible for all expenses associated with attendance. The Government is not responsible for any schedule changes or associated costs for transportation to and from the sites or afternoon briefing. Attendees are required to register by completing the P3 Aircraft Maintenance Site Visit Registration Form and returning it to P3Maintenance@cbp.dhs.gov. The subject line of the submission email must include the text "Site Visit Registration". Due to space limitations, there is a limit of three (3) people per company/organization. Each attendee must provide one (1) form of photo identification (I.D.) at the time of check-in. Accepted forms of photo I.D. include a valid/current state-issued driver's license, government I.D., or passport. Attendees may skip the site visits and attend the afternoon Briefing and Q&A Session only. Attendees who participate in the site visits must attend both the Warehouse and Maintenance Site sessions. CBP will provide all other necessary logistical details to registered attendees prior to the event.
