- Amendment 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 on Solicitation SPRDL1-18-Q-0235 is to: 1. Extended the quotation due date from 2018MAR28 to 2018APR30. 2. Remove the Small Business Concerns with FPI/Unicor allowed to quote Set-Aside. 3. Add clause 52.247-4009 DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES FROM FOREIGN FIRMS TO U.S. PORT OF ENTRY 4. Delete clause 52.219-6 NOTICE OF SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (NOV 2011) --ALTERNATE II 5. Add clause 252.246-7007 CONTRACTOR COUNTERFEIT ELECTRONIC PART DETECTION AND AVOIDANCE SYSTEM 6. Delete clause 52.208-4500 ACQUISITION OF FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES ITEMS FOR SIMPLIFIED AQUISITION PROCEDURES (SAP) 7. Offerors must acknowledge/sign receipt of this amendment and submit this amendment with your proposal. 8. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. LEAD ASSEMBLY, ELECTRICAL NSN: 5995-01-285-560 P/N: 9399006 QTY: 25 EA OPTION QTY: 100% AT 25 EA FOB: DESTINATION DESCRIPTION: LEAD ASSEMBLY, ELECTRICAL - HOWITZER FULL TRACKED SP, 105MM M108 The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 42.215-9023. Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the Contracting Officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist.
