- The Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program develops potential non-materiel options for increasing military effectiveness, and employs operational test and evaluation (T&E) techniques for analyzing and validating proposed joint military solutions. The JT&E Program brings two or more Services together to provide improvements in the joint interoperability of Service systems, technical and operational concepts, and system performance; in validated testing methodologies; and in the validation of models, simulations, and test beds. The JT&E Program finds ways for war fighters to accomplish their missions better with today's equipment, organizations, and doctrine. The JT&E Program achieves this objective by evaluating new concepts and addressing needs and issues in joint military environments. The objective of this contract is to provide the functional support in the areas of technical, administrative, support service management, financial analysis, and IT support for Joint Test and Evaluation Program Office (JPO). This award is for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) and was competed on a full and open competition basis, in order to provide the JT&E Program with the necessary engineering services to develop potential non-materiel solutions for increasing military effectiveness, and employing operational test and evaluation (T&E) techniques for analyzing and validating proposed joint military solutions. Award has been made to the Offerors submitting the proposal determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.
