- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Detroit Delineated Area (See attached map): Starting at the intersection of I-696 and John C Lodge Fwy, head east on I-696 to Woodward Ave, head south on Woodward Ave to Eight Mile Road, East on Eight Mile Road to Lake St. Clair/Detroit River, West along the Detroit River shoreline, North from the Ambassador Bridge and W Fort St, continuing North on I-96 to the intersection with I-75, east on I-75 to the intersection to John C Lodge Fwy, head north to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 57,864 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 60,757 ABOA Space Type: Office & Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 192 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 192 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 192 parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •Contiguous space on a single floor or adjoining floors is required. •Space on the 2nd floor or higher or 1st floor if the Government is the sole tenant with secured onsite parking, or 1st floor space in a multi-tenant building that does not have retail and/or heavy public use. •Space cannot be collocated with other law enforcement agencies, probations, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, or associated uses. •Building entrances/exits are not to be located 1,000 feet minimum, line of sight or within the vicinity of the following: drug-free zone of school/park/day care boundary, residential/hoteling/shopping center. •Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. •All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date •In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. •Reference project number: 8MI2256 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
