Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space In Austin, TX RLP No. 8TX3199 State:Texas City:Austin Delineated Area:Northern border: 10th Street Southern border: W. Cesar Chavez Street Western border: Lamar Boulevard Eastern border: Trinity Street Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,186 ABOA SF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,186 ABOA SF Parking Spaces (Total):8 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured):6 Parking Spaces (Reserved):2 Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Office space must be contiguous and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Space must have the potential for efficient layout. The following space configurations will not be considered: space with atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; extremely long or narrow runs of space; irregularly shaped space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage. The facility must be professional in appearance, well maintained, and of sound and substantial construction. Space that currently houses law enforcement will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1.Building name and address 2.One-eighth inch scale DWG of space offered. 3.Rentable and occupiable square footage offered. 4.Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 5.Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 6.If you are not the owner you must submit evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
